This is my Round II video for the P90X/Insanity Fusion workout. The first round was strictly P90X, but for my second round of the program, I implemented various cardio workouts from insanity on the non-lift days of P90X.
So my workout buddy finally got around to finishing his P90X/Insanity Fusion workout video and posting it on here. So here is his link. I highly recommend checking out his video!

Gator CrossFit, www.gatorcrossfit.com. The CrossFit workout will be ‘Fight Gone Bad’. In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which consists of 5 different exercise. There are 3 rounds total, count your score for a total amount.

A Fun seven station circuit using the Gracie Combatives techniques as “active rest” in between the high intensity stuff:
1) Overhand-Upper Cut-Overhand (both leads)
2) Stand Up in Base
3) Six Beat Rattan Stick Strikes
4) Straight Armlock From the Mount (Solo Demo)
5) Pull Ups With Jiu Jitsu Gi
6) Shoulder Get Up/ Taking the Back (Solo Demo)
7) Russian Swing (53lb. Kettle Bell)
One minute rest between each round.
