Round II – P90X Insanity Fusion Transformation

This is my Round II video for the P90X/Insanity Fusion workout. The first round was strictly P90X, but for my second round of the program, I implemented various cardio workouts from insanity on the non-lift days of P90X.

So my workout buddy finally got around to finishing his P90X/Insanity Fusion workout video and posting it on here. So here is his link. I highly recommend checking out his video!

Kyle Maynard CrossFit Workout (Filthy Fifty)

CrossFit‘s methodology is focused on constantly varied, functional movement, executed at a high intensity. The purpose of the constant variation is to avoid adaptation, while simultaneously forcing athletes to work on their weaknesses. It has helped me in strength and conditioning and my life has changed forever and I owe it all to CrossFit!

Strength and Conditioning Training Crossfit

This workout does involve punching but is not designed for a boxer. This is mainly just a crossfit workout. I have changed to title to help out with the confusion. Still this program wouldn’t hurt for someone training to fight. A Great way to build up your strength endurance.

Crossfit Workout

Using the double end bag is great for cardio. We combined our homemade double end bag with other exercises like smith lunge jumps, box squats, squats using bands, and squat jumps. I wanted to give my legs a good workout also so i threw in squats with the bands just for variations. This is probably one of the best cardio sessions i’ve had in awhile. we use 4 2 min rounds and 2-3 minute rest periods. We are not boxers nor claim to be, but we do utilize it because it does give you a good workout.

Heavy Bag Workout by Krav Maga Street Defence

This schedule for training is suitable for building up one´s endurance and stamina, speed and power of punch.
You can do this schedule with a partner in turns so that each can work for one minute with the heavy bag or you can do it alone, optional 2 or 3 minutes training with 1 minute break.
If you do the training alone, you can absolve a
cross-fit-circuit training in the break.
