Round II – P90X Insanity Fusion Transformation

This is my Round II video for the P90X/Insanity Fusion workout. The first round was strictly P90X, but for my second round of the program, I implemented various cardio workouts from insanity on the non-lift days of P90X.

So my workout buddy finally got around to finishing his P90X/Insanity Fusion workout video and posting it on here. So here is his link. I highly recommend checking out his video!

Also, if you are interesting in trying the P90X/Insanity Fusion Workout, here a link to a calendar that is very similar to the schedule I followed.
