<p style="text-align: justify;">Most particularly, this is because of the <a href="http://www.crossfitworkouts.org">CrossFit</a> training program of course, and trying to ascertain whether the dietary system is linked to this, or is a standalone diet.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Without being able to find sufficient proof that it is a standalone diet however, it is mindful of the training program, and how to optimize its effectiveness that is worthy of study and discussion.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In essence, the <a href="http://www.crossfitworkouts.org">crossfit</a> diet that seems to recommended, is very much along the lines of the established Paleo Diet, which focuses on certain food groups that humans have become adapted to eating throughout their evolution.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Essentially, it gives credence to food groups available through the natural order of things; meat, fish and seafood, fruits and vegetables, and nuts and pulses. It is believed that by sticking to these natural ingredients, a healthier lifestyle can be achieved and maintained.</p>
<p>Its teachings are sound of course; as the diet significantly reduces our exposure to manufactured ingredients, and relies on natural sources of salts, sugars and fats to give flavor and taste to our foods.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">However, in today&#8217;s modern society of course, sticking to a diet of such structure and rigidness requires a lot of determination and commitment.</p>
<p>However, for those already working with the <a href="http://www.crossfitworkouts.org" target=_self>crossfit training</a> program, this should not be so much of a problem of course&#8217; dedication and commitment are somewhat standard operating procedures for such people!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">However, the dietary program itself can help many more areas of society than those wishing to boost their fitness levels of course.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Working with the <a href="http://www.crossfitworkouts.org">crossfit</a> diet ethos in place, people can reasonably expect to feel healthier, look healthier and have more energy. Cutting down on manufactured products will have this effect, whilst boosting yourself with lean meats and healthy fats will have a dramatic effect.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I just read the info part on one of my friend&#8217;s facebook pages. She said that if exercise is fun, you are just working out. You are not training. She does <a href="http://www.crossfitworkouts.org">crossfit</a> and is training for her first figure show in the fall. I have gotten to like working out. So does that mean I&#8217;m not working hard enough, because I really feel I am. I have advanced myself over these past few months and do be quite honest, I&#8217;m damn proud of myself? I can see some toning results. Does it seem like she&#8217;s showing off the vibe she think&#8217;s she&#8217;s hot sh*t? She always posts pics of her progress on facebook and takes pics of her meals she eats quite often and posts those.<br />
<br />Having fun is the only way to get the best from working out, and because you enjoy it so much it means your going to be super fit for the rest of your life.<br />
Training should be fun, if its not fun then it seems tortourous!<br />
Im really pleased for you, keep it up and dont listen to your friend.</p>
<p>I train really hard, and i absolutely love it, and you know what, your right, training is fun!!!!<br />
If you find training fun, then you are very lucky!</p>

<br />I think it is violating copyright laws because you are profiting from their proprietary &quot;Angie&quot; workout. If you were just naming the &quot;Angie&quot; workout without describing it, it would be fine. This is analogous to having to pay royalties to a musician to use his music in another for profit production like a television show. If your workout  was for personal non commercial use and not to sell the workout then I think it would be fine.</p>

My goal is to reach around 145 lbs<br />
<br />Consume 1 gram of protein for every pound of body weight.</p>
<p>So in your case, 138 grams of protein daily.</p>

<br /><a href="http://www.crossfitworkouts.org">Crossfit</a> is way better than just doing gym machines by yourself.  If you have a trainer or you know what you&#8217;re doing with free weights, it can be about equal.  I did <a href="http://www.crossfitworkouts.org">Crossfit</a> for a while before moving on to something else, and my aunt who is over 60 does it and loves it.  Here&#8217;s a list of pros and cons to <a href="http://www.crossfitworkouts.org">Crossfit</a>, off the top of my head.</p>
<p>Pros:<br />
* Really varied training, one day you do one workout, next time you do something totally different.  You always feel like you got a good workout and it&#8217;s a lot of fun.<br />
* Other people you train with are really into it.<br />
* Wide variety of exercises you perform, which is great for learning.<br />
* Excellent results.</p>
<p>Cons: (depending on where you train, some or all may be absent)<br />
* Can be very demanding physically and mentally.<br />
* You may do exercises, such as the snatch, without being properly taught it.<br />
* Ignores the fact that strength grows linearly when you first start working out.  Claims to develop a high level of strength, but in reality the results are more modest.<br />
* Can be expensive.</p>
<p>In my opinion, you should check out <a href="http://www.crossfitworkouts.org">Crossfit</a>.  If the thought of working out hard doesn&#8217;t put you off I think you&#8217;ll really like it.</p>
