Crossfit – Kailua
Kettle Bell high pull, clean and press, snatch. Overhead squat. 100yd sprint. Atomic push-ups. Body weight squat. Pull-ups and hanging leg lifts. 5 sets each station. Go outside, get off your ass, get fit!

has anyone here done the Crossfit exercise regiment? At Crossfit gyms I mean?
Curious what your experiences were…I thought I was in close to excellent shape and 2 days after the 1st "light workout" my body is still sore as hell…i go for my 2nd workout tomorrow and have already been warned the 2nd one is much tougher than the first one. If you have done crossfit, how long did it take you to where you could do kipping pullups? I can do 18 regular pullups but the first day my body was lost trying to figure out how to do a kipping pullup.
Be careful with Crossfit. Be very careful. I see many many lawsuits and problems involving the Crossfit people. It’s a chaotic environment with people doing many different types of exercises, most of which are not trained. All of this is overseen by a kid with a 1 week course which taught him to be a personal trainer. They push people to the point of severe injury frequently. There’s even a joke about permanent muscle damage, they refer to a horrific medical problem as "uncle rhabdo." It’s a recipe for disaster, and it happens all the time. Even the Navy sued them for injuries and problems created by their regime. The Navy. Stay away from crossfit or be very very careful.
Crossfit Workout
Using the double end bag is great for cardio. We combined our homemade double end bag with other exercises like smith lunge jumps, box squats, squats using bands, and squat jumps. I wanted to give my legs a good workout also so i threw in squats with the bands just for variations. This is probably one of the best cardio sessions i’ve had in awhile. we use 4 2 min rounds and 2-3 minute rest periods. We are not boxers nor claim to be, but we do utilize it because it does give you a good workout.

MATT TOP ROPPING
Matt on beast mode while top ropping. He did 100 dead hang pull ups in a pyramid style workout before we started climbing. This was shot 2 hours into the session. Climbing difficulty 5.11. Yeah he’s hard body. Oh YEA!
PS no confusion with the name CrossFit Bros, we will start making crossfit vids we just need to work some things out.
