Is it okay for exercise to be fun?

I just read the info part on one of my friend’s facebook pages. She said that if exercise is fun, you are just working out. You are not training. She does crossfit and is training for her first figure show in the fall. I have gotten to like working out. So does that mean I’m not working hard enough, because I really feel I am. I have advanced myself over these past few months and do be quite honest, I’m damn proud of myself? I can see some toning results. Does it seem like she’s showing off the vibe she think’s she’s hot sh*t? She always posts pics of her progress on facebook and takes pics of her meals she eats quite often and posts those.

Having fun is the only way to get the best from working out, and because you enjoy it so much it means your going to be super fit for the rest of your life.
Training should be fun, if its not fun then it seems tortourous!
Im really pleased for you, keep it up and dont listen to your friend.

I train really hard, and i absolutely love it, and you know what, your right, training is fun!!!!
If you find training fun, then you are very lucky!

Crossfit Tabata Deadlift + pull up

Tabata deadlifts 100kg and Chest to bar pull ups, 20secs as many reps as possible 10secs rest x 8 rounds on both.
Scored 135reps i think but need to do all deadlifts with a regular stance next time but that is not a bother for me.
