Has anyone used John Brookfield fillable Kettlebells?

I think they look really good and they’re a lot cheaper than buying 10 different kettlebells, but does anybody have any and are they practical enough to buy just two or would i need more?

I don’t know about these, but I found sledgehammers to be far more versatile than kettlebells. Cheaper too.

What are the right size Kettlebells for me?

They are not cheap so i want to order the right ones and challenge myself yet still be able to get a full workout. Here are my numbers 6’0" 245lbs 300 plus pound bench 240 over head and ive got a good set of legs. I dont know if this helps to answer my question. I will be buying three bells. I thought to buy the 40K/88# and two 32k/70#. Is it a great idea to buy a set or do you suggest getting three diffrent bells?

I personally think you should buy them in stages and work up to it, but get three different sets as you progress to the higher levels

Anybody wasting money on kettlebells and dumbbells? Want a better alternative? Check this out.

Check out this idea : http://www.rosstraining.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=32772

Also homemade dumbbell ideas using same principles in the manual Infinite Intensity as well as awesome training ideas and priciples. I am not affiliated with Rosstraining.com in anyway , but am sick of people getting ripped off with incomplete programs ,and overpriced wiegths. Check out Ross’s ideas epecially and the alternatives offered to akek your own dumbell and kettlebell handles and add cheap store bought wieght plates. Iron is iron and this is far better than spending your pay check on a million differant KB’s or an overpriced adjustable dumbbell handle.

If people want to spend some time building their own gear that works, that’s great, more power to ‘em. Looks like a pretty clever contraption, tho’ I’ll continue to use dumbells. :)

Bodyweight Exercises: Do They Really Work?

There is no doubt that thousands of people give up their bodyweight exercises before they begin to show any results. This is because the exercises are not going to show any results. How long must a person wait before they begin to notice any change in their body weight and overall health.

There is no need to go out and buy expensive home gym equipment in order to try to lose that extra weight or stay in shape. Or stand in line waiting your turn at the cardio machine at the gym you attend. Commuting to and from a gym can be a drag most of the time. This is another reason most people loss out on their exercises.

All this changed with the turbulence training program combined with the Kettle Fat Loss system developed by the experts who have achieved fantastic results using the techniques.

The Kettlebell turbulence training program works well with men and women alike. Even adolescents who require a bodyweight exercises program that really works can sign up for the program and begin to see results in as little as 120 hours of exercising per week.

In fact, anyone from 18 to 81 can sign up for this program and begin to burn fat and see their bodies transform within a matter of a few days from the start of the program.

Kettlebell exercises can be done at anytime inside or outside at ones own convenience. It is the perfect cardio workout combined with the best weight loss techniques that delivers results within days not months.

However, even with the many pictures of before and after results we are not quite sure ho long the after results will last. Like other weight loss programs the before results seems to come hoping back in a matter of months. While we do not know how long the fat will stay away with the turbulence system we know for sure it stays away longer than any other bodyweight exercises can guarantee.
