Round II – P90X Insanity Fusion Transformation
This is my Round II video for the P90X/Insanity Fusion workout. The first round was strictly P90X, but for my second round of the program, I implemented various cardio workouts from insanity on the non-lift days of P90X.
So my workout buddy finally got around to finishing his P90X/Insanity Fusion workout video and posting it on here. So here is his link. I highly recommend checking out his video!

dude I got a doubt. I am finishing my second round of p90x and i wanna dig deeper with insanity now. I am right with the muscular size i desire. Although i am afraid to lose mass together with bodyfat during the insanity program. Do you think i should get bigger and then start insanity or I can start insanity right away? insanity maintains our muscular mass? I’m a little afraid because It is basically aerobics..

it is without question such a outstanding course. i have personally shed more than 25 lbs of body fat on it. i tried a wide variety of diet plans and training plans however none of them did the trick for me personally. this one is certainly the greatest of the bunch however its super high-priced, luckily i was able to acquire the whole system absolutely free from p90xforfreeXinfo (replace X with . ) or else i’d still be fat !

@Shldssoccer42 I weigh about 155 now. I started with 20 pound dumbbells, but have since moved to 30s and 35s depending on the exercise.

Well it appears you have recovered remarkably. Good on you. It is one thing to do the work, it is another to do the work and the diet. It takes a lot to get shredded like that and you knocked it out of the park. I switched over to doing crossfit for the last three months and it has really helped carve me up. Just have to put the beers down now…damn beer.
