How much protein should I consume daily?


I am a 17 year old male. I am 5’10" 138 lbs (62 kgs). I am athletic, and have a lean body type. For those of you who know CrossFit, i am a member. I exercise 5 days a week, not including extra running and sports. I eat 3 meals daily organic and balanced diet.
My goal is to reach around 145 lbs

Consume 1 gram of protein for every pound of body weight.

So in your case, 138 grams of protein daily.
