Ashton! Hey I want you to do this:
1. watch and memorize the lesson3 and lesson 4 clips…
2. do a mixture of the easy week cardio clips. do what you can, but do something for 20-45 mins…work up to 45…but do daily at least 20 mins.
If you do the above 2 everyday and implement each with 110% passion and belief in your 40lb lost…then it will happen.

I’m not a fitness expert, but when you do sit-ups, your essentially just building the muscles in your abdomen, and I don’t care if you do a thousand a day, they won’t show if you have a gut. So a mix of doing sit-ups, and losing the gut will give you that six pack your working for, good luck.

hey, I go for a 6 …
hey, I go for a 6 mile run everyday and cycle up a steep hill everyday and am going to start going to the gym tomorrow I am hoping. The aim is for the run to increase indurance and the cycling to increase leg strengh and the gym to increase upper body. basically was wondering do u think i should carry on with the run or do your cardio workouts? which one is best for losing fat and increasing my cardio vascualr endurance? secongdly would you recommend I go to the gym or do your muscle building?
