look up extreme …
look up extreme SEAL experience. Its a course set up less for being fit and more knowing what its like after BUDs. Its run by Senior chief Don Shiply. a legendary SEAL. You’ll met Patsy, wife of Danny Dietz, Ben one of the guys almost killed on operation redwing and many more. it was the best 8 days of my life. when i was there i got to meet and learn hand to hand by Mack, host of future weapons and former frogman. he also has a ch on youtube buds131

No he was not the …
No he was not the actuall seals didnt come around until korea and vietnam. he was a diver or reconosance diver but not a seal. My grandfather was a frogman which was what they were called when they were underwater demolition divers but not seals, no land or air tactics yet.

My dad in law was a …
My dad in law was a SEAL in WW2. He is in his 80s and he still works out. Walks and swims everyday. He is in excellent shape. No health issues.
He says his bad habits are beer, and women. haha, good for dad.

Yeah youll learn …
Yeah youll learn how productive your bicep curls are when you get to BUDS. I am a former Marine so I have actually experienced military, which you have only trained for thus far. Your leg extensions wont help you for log PT. Cable crossovers wont help you doing a base tour. All you will do in BUDS and your SEAL career are trained for using the same principles as crossfit. Enjoy ringing the bell my young and inexperienced friend.

Keep building that …
Keep building that beach muscle to help you get laid. This is a workout for functionality. If you are a soldier, cop, or firefighter then this works better. Otherwise keep wasting your time with pointless and stupid bicep curls.

Yes im sure you can …
Yes im sure you can learn more from reading books then I did from 4 years of experience. Experience is the only true knowledge. Which is something you lack here. Something I learned after being discharged from the Corps and getting my degree. I read a lot of books in college, but it took work experience to really know my field. So due to me having much more experience and knowledge than you, I will repeat, you are wrong.

I wouldnt have to …
I wouldnt have to be an SS officer and kill twenty Jews to know that Nazism is wrong or hang around KKK members to know that the Klan is criminal. We are the latest imperial power no different than our predecessors in brutality and theft. The military is a key component of the rip-off in addition to economic manipulations, propaganda, bribery of rulers, etc. The military is not the government but corporations benefiting from a terroristic foreign policy and bleeding the taxpayer.

Read You Call This …
Read You Call This A Democracy? by Paul Kivel, Understanding Power by Noam Chomsky, Confessions Of An Economic Hit Man by John Perkins, Democracy For The Few by Michael Parenti and Corporate Media And The Threat To Democracy by Robert McChesney to develop an understanding of the true nature of the system and how it operates. Many of these authors are on Youtube. Please respond with your opinion of any of these authors if you decide to read them or check out their videos.

Nope you’re wrong. …
Nope you’re wrong. However you haven’t been in the military so I wouldn’t expect you to know much about it. My question is, If you have never done, or been a part of something how can you pretend to know something about it?
Judging by your spelling, I can see your education isn’t top notch, so I will not overwhelm you with deep thought. I know you couldn’t handle it anyway.

It actually depends …
It actually depends on what you want… I actually don’t agree with all of the push ups the guy is doing (frankly, they’re useless), but for cardio and endurance I guess this does the trick. I’d worry more about pull ups, dips, and a little heavier on the weight.

Mr. Shiply, I saw you on CNN and I was hoping that you might help me verify whether or not Michael David Watts, dob 9-8-71, was ever a Navy Seal. My daughter met him on Match.com, he professes to have been a Seal. This comes after the guy BEFORE him also said he was an ex-Seal. I outed him by asking him his class number. However the same tactic did not work with Watts. He claims to have been in class 213, broke his arm, was placed in the next class, 214, then while in class 214 someone died so the class was disbanded or something like that, then he was admitted into class 216 and subsequently became a Seal. So now he is in Vet Court for a heroin charge. I believe this man is a phoney and a liar trying to seduce women by stealing the glory and valor of the great men whom actually were the true warriors and protectors of our country. I can imagine how busy you are, seeing you say how many creeps have treaded on such hallowed ground on a daily basis, but if you could verify this for me or send an email with where I could do same, I would be very greatful. Thank you very much for your service and amazing valor and fortitude. Your truly, Phillip Chapman
