Thanks!! Its a little hard because Muay-thai is 4x week – 2x classes are 3 hours and then 3x classes are 1.5 hours. Class is mostly aerobic/anaerobic but I hit every muscle group.
I will hire a strength/conditioning coach.

Great work man! A lot of these punks on here like to criticize people that do things they never dreamed of. They’re questioning your form, but doing so from the comfort of a nice office setting or a couch. Up close and real, when the going get tuff, it’s all about the right mental attitude to push threw the limits, in my opinion this is where I think 100% accurate form is a load of shit. Get it done, and this video does just that.
