Non weight lifting workouts?
Does anyone know of any workout routines that consist of mostly body gravity exercises? (i.e. Push ups, pull ups, etc)
I had been doing a SEAL workout when I peaked but did not know of another routine to switch to so I could stimulate my muscles and keep my body guessing.
I’m looking for something a little more documented… Any idiot can tell me to just do some pushups, I was hoping for an actual routine (like CrossFit, but not CrossFit)
I haven’t worked out since I hurt my shoulder about 8 weeks ago, but I’m fine now. The only weights I would like to use would be kettlebells, but a little bit of lifting as part of the routine is fine.
Thanks
You can try looking at crossfit websites, they have the ‘workout of the day’. You can follow use their workout routine as a template that suits you. There are many crossfit routines.

try the above website. change with alternatives to what you can do, and I guess you’d be having a new routine in no time.

Yoga. The whole thing involves the body (and mind and spirit) for weight resistance, stretching, etc.

Also, try a search for "beginning yoga" and try and look for classes (if you can afford them) that might help with more of a routine.
I used to do yoga by following the show "Inhale" on Oxygen. It was great. I felt great, I looked nice and toned (I also walked at least two miles a day, too) and I felt good overall. Once we get more settled into our new home, I’ll try and pick it up again.
