My curl comment was sarcastic.  It is so rare to see a curl at my gym, since we all train for performance, and good ol&#039; fashioned curls don&#039;t really have much use in athletic training. They make a big bicep, but beyond that, don&#039;t increase much in the way of ability for the body, which is what we&#039;re more concerned with here.

Might explain why my arms have never made the cover of a magazine or anything like that.</description>
