Xmas eve workout
I figure Santa must have a brutal off season training schedule, probably a lot of posture work, carrying, squatting and rotational exercises. I decided to train like Santa.

Hawaii? I was orn and raised in Honolulu.
My curl comment was sarcastic. It is so rare to see a curl at my gym, since we all train for performance, and good ol’ fashioned curls don’t really have much use in athletic training. They make a big bicep, but beyond that, don’t increase much in the way of ability for the body, which is what we’re more concerned with here.
Might explain why my arms have never made the cover of a magazine or anything like that.

I’ve seen that too- but I mean elbows at side without using the back type.
Hell, its the only thing I’m good at in the gym- I had a set at home and I worked hard to get form unseen in videos of ronnie colemen.
Dumbell curls are still easy, your right. I guess you think I exagerate because the arm video doeant look like 18inches- that being because I have very wide shoulders, I have the shoulder width of an adult samoan- if you dont understand come to hawaii.

You’re young and have no fear of tension patterns or creaky joints. Us old folks gotta take such things into consideration.
What’s a dumbbell curl? Oh, you mean a ‘low velocity DB clean with tucked elbows. Yes, I’ve seen those.

never warmed up before myself- I prefer to just get to my 100lb dumbell curls.
