Crossfit Training


This workout does involve punching but is not designed for a boxer. This is mainly just a crossfit workout. I have changed to title to help out with the confusion. Still this program wouldn’t hurt for someone training to fight. A Great way to build up your strength endurance.

    Why be so hard on the guy? I have thrown some terrible hooks in fights due to exhaustion or getting myself out of bad situation – Everyone has to start somewhere.

    The only way I learn is being smoked in the ring then understand why so that I can improve.

    Strength is useless without the skills to use it. A combination of strength, crossfit, plyo, complex training coupled with Muay-Thai and Jiu-Jitsu training is the way the go.

    I would be interested to understand your view on why crossfit is wrong though. Maybe I’m missing something and you can educate me.

    The way I see it, I need the training to fight harder, longer and faster.

    Its all about busting lungs and pounding feet. Anything less is a waste of time.

    One being not defining strength and no max to speak of.

    great workout!!! As far as his boxing goes, hes just using it as a form of getting fit. I dont think it really matters as long as he is throwing decent punches and getting the circuit training/cardio/endurance he might be looking for. If he had dreams to be a boxer then we might have a problem

    dude if you get lower on the cleans and ur elbows up u will have perfect form. and do alot of front squats and power snatches too i just play football wrestling, and MMA. and we do alot of kettlebell workouts and cross fit. like front squat and pullup days. its pretty fun and i go to mma after football practice. but dude nice video and u posted it on my bday thats cool as hell.
